Business Exploration

Participants come together to select a local business (pizzeria, cafe, etc.) or favorite product (iTunes/Spotify, Kindle, etc.) and spend six weeks delving into how it functions as a commercial enterprise. They will dissect the business into its core components, from customer service to financial management, and gain insights through an in-person site visit. Long-time tutor and educator Jason Kantor guides our learners through this group exploration including research, discussion, a local site visit and a final showcase.
